We have worked out user-friendly and user supportive refund and return policies. To make your shopping experience easy and trustworthy we have reserved the rights of consumers. Please go through our return and refund policies to know more about our procedure, limitations and customer’s rights.
Enjoy Endless Shopping With Insurance Of Our 30 Days Warranty
All products come under FREE replacement warranty for a maximum 30 days. A number of days will be considered from the day order has been placed. In case you receive a faulty product or in case you find that product is not matching as per described on the website you can fill replacement on our website by writing us to support@letsbeingunique.com with the order number and email ID from which you have made the purchase. Once your email will be received we will get in touch with you verify the issue and process the replacement of product.
In another case, you receive the different item from the one you orders you need to get in touch with the support team at support@letsbeingunique.com within 48 hours. Please make sure your query should be processed with us within 48 hours of purchase. We will quickly rearrange the delivery of the right fit product or in case needed we will process the refund of the product.
It will be highly suitable when you receive the product faultily, you can make a short video or take a photograph of it for your records and send that within the email. As soon as one of our team members will cross check it we will quickly arrange the refund or send another product based on customer’s choice.
Kindly Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Our return and refund policy work for 30 days from the day you purchased the product. Once these days will be passed unfortunately we will not be able to refund or exchange your product in any case. We hope you understand the matter of timeline and honour this mutually.
Here are the detailed steps to avail the refund for any product. Please go through the following points.
1. A refund request will only be considered when their product will be in original condition and do not alter in any way. In case the product has been altered there is no change of refund or return of the product.
2. Kindly make sure you do not alter the product once you made up your mind to replace the product. The product can only be returned in they will be in their original conditions. In case of the garment please do not peel off the tags which are originally placed there. Used products or products damaged on customer’s end will not be considered under refund and return policies.
3. Customer needs to send an email at support@letsbeingunique.com with Picture or video of the product if possible and need to let us know regarding the problem in the product.
4. Once your return request will be approved we will send you Return Authorization Number along with the nearest warehouse where you can ship or submit the product physically.
5. Once our team will receive the product and it will be verified we will able to process the request of refund or return.
6. It is highly recommended to use good shipping services with a valid tracking ID so while returning the product as we will not be responsible for the loss of a shipment and in this case refund or return request will be cancelled. (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns)
7. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
However, the following are the conditions where the partial refund request will be applicable.
1. In case of an item is not in original condition or it is damaged on customer end or by shipping company’s end or there are any missing parts for products.
2. No returned or refund will be processed if the return or refund request is made after 30 days from the original purchase of the product.
3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Delay or Late in Refund
Our refund process is straight forward and it takes around 3 working days from the time shipment is received back at our warehouse. It depends upon the time taken by your bank or credit card company to reflect it in the customer’s account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges – If Applicable
Our process of replacement work under condition of defective or damaged product received at the customer’s end. In case you need an exchange for it you need to write to us at support@letsbeingunique.com with active product URL from the website. Kindly note exchange is subject to the product stock availability.
Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, Once an order is shipped you cannot cancel the order. Products get shortlisted and processed from the time when order is placed. In case you want to cancel the order then you can do it before the product is being shipped. That is within 24 hours of purchase. In that case, you will be changed 20% cancellation fee that is called restocking fee and order will be cancelled. But in case the order is shipped you cannot cancel the order. Common Invalid Reason to Cancel the Order
There are a few reasons that we do not intend to entertain. Most common is the “Buyer no longer wants the items” – In this case, we cannot fulfil the request. Please provide the valid reason for return or refund. We want to continue offering great value at Let's Being Unique but we don’t want to complicate the shopping situations with customers. Order once placed is secured for one customer and we lose the opportunity of selling it somewhere else. So customers need to provide a valid reason. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. Secondly “Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else” – Buyers should be confident that he/she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order.
